Introduction
Pursuant to Article 6 of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, users of the website https://www.marnage.com/ are informed of the identities of the parties involved in its creation and maintenance:
The website www.marnage.com is published by Ateliers Marnage, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €13,600, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 903 427 656, with its registered office at 47 Bd de Courcelles, 75008 Paris. The Publication Director is Sandrine Delon.
The website www.marnage.com is hosted by INFOMANIAK Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland.

Definitions
Client: any professional or natural person with legal capacity under Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site covered by these terms.
Services: the features and content made available to Clients by https://www.marnage.com.
Content: all information on the Site, including text, images, and videos.
Client Information (“Information”): all personal data that may be held by https://www.marnage.com for account management, customer relationship management, analysis, and statistics.
User: any internet user connecting to and using the Site.
Personal Information: “Information which allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies” (Article 4 of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).
The terms “personal data,” “data subject,” “processor,” and “sensitive data” have the meanings given by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
1. General conditions of use of the Site and services
The Site is an intellectual work protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations.
The Client may not reuse, transfer, or exploit for their own benefit any part of the elements or work on the Site.
Use of https://www.marnage.com implies full acceptance of these terms of use. These terms may be modified at any time; Users are invited to consult them regularly.
The Site is normally accessible at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by https://www.marnage.com, which will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention in advance.
The website is updated regularly by the person in charge at https://www.marnage.com. Legal notices may also be modified at any time and are binding on the User, who should refer to them as often as possible.
2. Description of services
The website https://www.marnage.com provides information about all activities of the company.
Marnage endeavors to provide information that is as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or lack of updates, whether of its own doing or that of third-party partners.
All information on the Site is given for guidance and may evolve. The information is not exhaustive and is subject to changes since it was put online.
3. Contractual limitations on technical data
The Site uses JavaScript technology.
The Site cannot be held liable for material damage related to its use. Users agree to access the Site with recent equipment, free of viruses, and with an up-to-date, modern browser.
The Site is hosted within the European Union in accordance with the GDPR (no. 2016-679). The goal is to provide the best possible availability. The host provides 24/7 service continuity but may interrupt hosting for short periods, particularly for maintenance, infrastructure improvement, infrastructure failure, or if Services generate traffic deemed abnormal.
Neither https://www.marnage.com nor the host can be held liable in case of internet network malfunctions, telephone line issues, or computer/telephony equipment problems, particularly due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
4. Intellectual property and counterfeiting
https://www.marnage.com owns the intellectual property rights and usage rights to all elements accessible on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site’s elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from https://www.marnage.com.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Limitations of liability
https://www.marnage.com acts as the publisher of the Site and is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.
https://www.marnage.com cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the User’s equipment when accessing the Site and resulting from either the use of equipment not meeting the specifications in section 4 or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
https://www.marnage.com cannot be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.
Interactive areas (e.g., contact form) are available to Users. https://www.marnage.com reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that contravenes applicable French law, particularly data protection provisions. Where appropriate, https://www.marnage.com also reserves the right to hold the User civilly and/or criminally liable, notably in the case of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of medium (text, photograph, etc.).
6. Personal data management
Users are informed of regulations regarding marketing communications, the Law of 21 June 2014 for confidence in the digital economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, and the GDPR (no. 2016-679).
6.1 Data controllers
For Personal Data collected when creating a User account and browsing the Site, the data controller is Ateliers Marnage. https://www.marnage.com is represented by its legal representative, Sandrine Delon.
As data controller, https://www.marnage.com undertakes to comply with applicable legal provisions, determine processing purposes, provide complete information to prospects and clients (based on their consent), and maintain a processing register reflecting reality.
Whenever https://www.marnage.com processes Personal Data, it takes reasonable steps to ensure the data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which it is processed.
6.2 Purposes of processing
https://www.marnage.com may process data to:

6.3 User rights
In accordance with GDPR, Users of https://www.marnage.com have the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), update, and completion; right to lock or erase personal data (Art. 17) when inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or when collection/use/disclosure/storage is prohibited.

Right to data portability for data provided by the User when processing is automated and based on consent or a contract (Art. 20).

Right to define directives regarding the fate of their data after death and to designate a third party to whom https://www.marnage.com may or may not communicate the data.
Upon learning of a User’s death and in the absence of instructions, https://www.marnage.com undertakes to destroy the data unless retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or legal obligations.
To exercise rights or object to processing, Users may write to:

Please specify the Personal Data to be corrected, updated, or deleted and attach a copy of an identity document (ID card or passport).
Deletion requests are subject to legal obligations imposed on https://www.marnage.com, particularly regarding retention or archiving.
Users may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
6.4 Non-disclosure of personal data
https://www.marnage.com will not process, host, or transfer Client Information to a country outside the European Union or deemed “inadequate” by the European Commission without prior information to the client. https://www.marnage.com remains free to choose technical and commercial subcontractors that provide sufficient guarantees under the GDPR.
https://www.marnage.com takes all necessary precautions to preserve data security and prevent unauthorized disclosure. If https://www.marnage.com becomes aware of any incident affecting data integrity or confidentiality, it will inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate corrective measures. No “sensitive data” is collected.
Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers) solely to achieve the purposes stated herein; primarily customer service agents may access User data within the limits of their duties.
7. Incident notification
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach occurs, we will notify affected Users so they can take appropriate measures, in accordance with our legal obligations at national or EU level.
No personal information of the User is published without the User’s knowledge, nor exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the acquisition of https://www.marnage.com and its rights would allow transmission to the acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligations.
7.1 Security
To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data (and any Health Personal Data), https://www.marnage.com uses standard protections such as firewalls, pseudonymization, encryption, and passwords.
When processing Personal Data, https://www.marnage.com takes all reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
8. Hyperlinks, cookies, and internet “tags”
The Site contains hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorization of https://www.marnage.com. However, https://www.marnage.com cannot verify the content of visited sites and assumes no responsibility for them.
Unless you disable cookies, you agree to their use. You can disable cookies at any time free of charge using the options described below; note that this may reduce or prevent access to some or all of the Services.
8.1 Cookies
A “cookie” is a small information file sent to the User’s browser and stored on the User’s device (computer, smartphone, etc.). It may include the User’s domain name, ISP, OS, date and time of access, etc. Cookies cannot damage your device.
https://www.marnage.com may process information about the User’s visit (pages viewed, searches performed) to improve Site content and navigation.
Users can configure their browsers to accept or refuse cookies—systematically or by issuer—or to prompt acceptance/refusal before a cookie is stored. Some browser features may not be available if cookies are refused.
If cookies are refused or deleted, browsing and experience may be limited, and technical compatibility (browser type, language/display settings, country of connection) may be affected.
https://www.marnage.com declines responsibility for degraded operation of the Site and Services resulting from (i) the User’s refusal of cookies or (ii) the inability to store/read necessary cookies due to the User’s choices.

The User may change cookie preferences at any time. https://www.marnage.com may use external providers to help collect and process the information described here.
By clicking social media icons (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus) on the Site or app—and if you have consented to cookies—those networks may place cookies on your devices. These cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
8.2 Internet tags
https://www.marnage.com may occasionally use internet tags (also called action tags, single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs, or 1×1 GIFs) deployed via a web analytics partner that may be located in a foreign country (and thus store related information, including the User’s IP address).
These tags may appear in online advertisements and on various pages of the Site to measure visitor responses, the effectiveness of actions (e.g., number of page opens and information viewed), and overall Site usage.
The external provider may collect information on visitors to the Site and other websites using these tags, compile activity reports for https://www.marnage.com, and provide other services related to Site and internet use.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of https://www.marnage.com is subject to French law.
Except where prohibited by law, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris.
