- It depends on where you are in the world. All our
creations are made in France. If you order in France, for the
In-stock purchases, bags will be delivered within six days from
the actual collection of the payment. - If you want to be delivered outside of France, then you will have to count
a few more days. You will have all the tracking information for your
package and can track its journey to your home.
- For France, orders are free from 200€ of purchase and shipped
express by Colissimo with tracking, insurance included. - For international orders, orders are shipped express with tracking,
insurance included.
- Yes, Maison Marnage ships to most countries around the world, except
North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Palestine, Syria, Turkmenistan
and Yemen.

We are constantly looking for very high quality leathers. - For made-to-order purchases, the average lead time is four to six weeks, including bag production, pick-up at the workshop, and shipping. Information on lead times will be provided in the event of an extension. If the additional time is not convenient for you, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Payment security

- Purchases within the European Union are offered inclusive of all taxes.

Delivery and Returns

- Return the products to Maison Marnage using a carrier of your choice
within fourteen days of your return request. The costs

Interview
- To maintain all your leather goods, you can use a special milk
for leather to ensure your products stay moisturized and supple.
We recommend Saphir Universal Cream. - Start by testing on an inconspicuous area. Place a small amount of
moisturizing milk on a clean cloth and apply it by gently rotating it on the
leather so that the milk penetrates well.
- Wipe it as soon as possible with a soft, dry cloth. If it has been very
wet, let it dry after wiping it then apply a little cream
universal to feed it. - Never place it near a heat source. This would harden the leather and
would harm its longevity.
- Leather is a living material and it will acquire a patina, suppleness,
some creases too because you will often use your product in the same way
manner. - If your belt that is always tied the same way has some creases, it
just "iron" it with your fingers, stretching the leather slightly. This
will reduce marks. It is important to note that any leather product
changes a little naturally over time.
